For safety and quality reasons, most opened or used skincare products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return. This is standard across the beauty industry due to contamination and hygiene risks.
However, we never want you to feel stuck with a legitimately damaged or incorrect order. Please read the details below.
We accept returns of unopened, unused Products that meet all of the following conditions:
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
